When we were playing this game replacing Movie Titles with Vagina, Vinnilynn said:

"Please tell me you know about the car game in which you put "anal" in front of the model names of vehicles. Examples: Anal Explorer, Anal Accord, Anal Outback, and the obvious Anal Probe."

My mother never let us play games like this. But she's British and drives on the wrong side of the road. So what does she know?
